Rose Brand Introduces Pallet Master Caster
Some times you really need to get you wagon’s rolling across the stage and make it look like they are just gliding across the stage. Keeping a wagon close to the ground and still easy to move on casters has been troublesome with traditional casters.
In steps Rose Brand with their first commercially available caster for low profile wagons, the Pallet Master Caster. Rose Brand developed these together with Darnell Rose using the Advanced Elastomer and sealed bearings to create a 1 ¼” diameter caster for pallets. The flush mount height is only 5/8″ with a surface mount height of 3/4″ and each caster has the ability to hold 100 lbs.
The Pallet Master Casters are 100% American and made with US suppliers. Rose Brand has made PDF’s available for mounting and AutoCAD drawings by request. The Pallet Master Caster runs $22 USD exclusively through Rose Brand.
Rose Brand Introduces 25oz Wizard Velour – Magically Blacker
Are you not happy with your current stage drapes? Are they just not black enough for you? Rip them suckers down. Rose Brand has introduced a new magically blacker velour called Wizard Velour! Ok, let me clarify, no magic has been performed here. They don’t have Harry Potter in some backroom chained to the wall mass producing Wizard Velour. Rose Brand recently introduced their latest stage drape fabric, 25oz Wizard Velour. It is the blackest, most light absorbing, opaque, flame retardant, 100% cotton velour. With claims like that, it has to be magic! Actually, it’s in the fiber. Wizard Velour has a fine mercerized yarn at 1190 pile tuff per square inch.

Rose Brand Introduces SnowStar Snow Machine
The leaves are turning, the air is getting crisper. That must mean that winter and snow are right around the corner. Rose Brand has a jump on winter time with the introduction of their latest product, the SnowStar Snow Machine.
The SnowStar Theatrical Snow Machine is a motorized, rotating, perforated aluminum tube that provides snow effects from a dusting to a blizzard. Five foot drums with a diameter of 8″ connect together to create the desired stage length. 1 motor can drive from 1 to 16 connected 5′ sections. The 3/8″ perforations perfectly match Rose Brands FR Paper Snowflakes for the ultimate snow effect.
With a retail price per 5′ section of $550, this could be quite the investment in a theatre to make it snow on stage. Not only do you need enough 5′ sections to cover the part of stage you want snow to fall on, but you must also invest $1,175 dollars in the motor to rotate those sections. And then of course there is the clamps and bearings to hang the SnowStar system at $70 per 5′ section. The last and final piece of the puzzle you would need make it pour snow on stage, a 25lbs. bag of FR Paper Snowflakes also from Rose Brand at $300. Of course, the nice part about this entire system is that it is completely reusable!
