Some how it just doesn’t get shorter! Any ho, I got a little tired of the Oscar’s after the first five minutes. Welcome to the weekend!  Having a great Sunday yet?  If you’re lucky, you get a three day weekend because of President’s Day!  I am right there with you! This weeks Sunday YouTube Video’s are dedicated to Super Bowl 45.  It’s the time of year when 30 seconds one network television cost you about 3-5 million dollars.  That always blows my mind, but when you have over half the world watching… it just might be a good investment. Something to look into next year… yeah RIGHT!

Here are a couple new and old Super Bowl commercials.  Love the VW commercial, that is totally my four year old nephew! Only six hours to kick off.  Everyone have a good time, be safe and let’s TRY to make it to work on time tomorrow!

Here are just a couple of interesting videos from around the web.  The first is an interesting dance. I am not sure where it came from or anything like that, but the precision and movement is wonderful!  The second video… yeah, don’t try this at home or in the shop.  First, it is a total waste of a good lamp, second… blowing things up in a microwave is never a good idea.  Let someone else out there do it and put it on the internet like these guys did.

Who doesn’t love Star Wars?  Patrick Boivin certainly does!  Not only has he created a pretty cool stop motion video with an At-At, but he has a vintage At-At!  I used to have one of those!  I also though it was a dog at one point in my life!  Yeah, I quickly out grew that.  Patrick also created a Making Of At-At day afternoon which is just a cool.

LEDs can be so much fun. ESPECIALLY when used as eye candy! One perfect example of an LED fixture that excelles at eye candy is the Barco/ High End ShowPix fixture.  On top of eye candy, the ShowPix is able to produce some pretty amazing colors in an even field.  Take a look at the demo reels from High End Systems on the ShowPix to see what it can do.  Then, if you have enough of them lined up, why not play a little pac-man?

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

I love this time of year! Not only is it cooling off, but there are some fantastic holidays and celebrations in the fall.  First up is HALLOWEEN!  Now I am not into dressing up but give me some LEDs and time to light some stuff up!  I’ll have a special wrap up of what I am doing early this week.  It’s shaping up nicely.
