First Edition iSquint T-Shirt Are In!

The first edition of the iSquint t-shirts are in… HURRAY!  If you can remember back to last month.  I know, it seems so long ago, the start of fall has been crazy busy! So last month I ran a contest for you guys to come up with a great new phrase for the back of the first EVER iSquint t-shirt. There were tons of submissions, it was tough to chose just 10 to put up for voting, let me tell you.

So after narrowing it down to just 10 phrases, I added a poll to the site for you guys to chose which of the top ten phrases should be put on the back of the t-shirts. It was a close race for a while and then one submission started to lead the pack.

The winning submission from Nik Robalino took home the very first iSquint t-shirt phrase.  And the winning phrase being iSquint so you don’t have to.  I love it by the way!  So congrats Nik, and enjoy your t-shirt, wear it proud, you earned it!

#BLMC2010 Swag Bag Winner Announced

Yes, I am a little late with announcing the winner to the Memorial Day Weekend BLMC Swag Bag Giveaway.  Yeah, try saying that 5 times fast, it kinda hurts! Using a random number generator, we have a winner to the giveaway!  And yes, Chad, (Rosco’s NYC Rep) was taken out of consideration for the contest.

Happy Memorial Day! BLMC Swag Bag Weekend Give Away

Ah Memorial day weekend.  A nice three day weekend here in the states where we honor those who have served and sacrificed so much for our country and the world. It is also the un-official start of the summer season and opening of area pools. To help kick start the summer season and celebrate memorial day weekend, I am giving away my swag bag from the Broadway Lighting Master Classes from earlier in the week.  I want to pass along the swag bag to a lucky someone that was not able to attend the classes.

It’s pretty easy to enter to win the swag bag, leave a comment on this post with your full name, email address, (which is not public) and a note if you like.  First thing Tuesday morning after the long weekend, I will randomly select a winner from the comments and announce it Tuesday.  The give away will be open to only US residence, (sorry my international friends!) and last from now till midnight on Monday, May 31st.

More USITT Swag Give-A-Ways

For all of you that couldn’t make it to USITT, I have some love from Lee Filters.  They were kind enough to send me home with so much lee swag that my wife will kill me if I hold on it any of it.  So time to give it away!  I am looking for three winners that DID NOT go to USITT this year.  “What do I have to do to win”? First Round of USITT Swag Give Away

Did you miss out on getting to USITT this year?  I am so sorry to hear that.  How about I help you feel better about missing the Stage Expo?  This is just the first round of MANY swag give-a-ways from all the swag I collected at the show just for you!  I think this first one is pretty cool myself and have thought twice about giving it away.  Seeing as I have to do a little spring cleaning here in preparation for the big move, I want to pass it along.

Show Some iSquint Love @ #USITT50 and I’ll Show it Back

Yes, yes, yes, I can’t say it enough, USITT is right around the corner and it going to be one hecka excellent time! Well I have something special for those of you attending the Expo in Kansas City this week. You show your iSquint love, and I’ll show it right back! Umm, what does that mean?!  It’s simple, At anytime during the conference and stage expo, find me and show me the iSquint app on your iPhone or iPod Touch and I’ll give you a limited edition I heart iSquint button! I do have to limit it to one button per person. One other requirement, I get to take a photo of you and the i heart iSquint button, it’s only fair right?

But what about us Droid and Crackbery users? Well, since the app is not ready for you guys as I had hoped it would be… Surprise me, think of something creative to show and tell me.  We’re all theatre people, be creative!
