By: Justin Lang on October 19, 2008

Element Labs is introducing a new product this week at LDI in Las Vegas.  They are introducing a new product called Cobra.  The cobra is a 16mm ( virtual 8 ) LED video display is a flexible, indoor/outdoor system suited to both permanent installation and rental applications.  The range of displays was designed to create an environmentally-friendly system with a fraction of the power consumption, heat generation, and weight of other LED displays.

It features a 100,00-hour lifetime with RoHS and Class B EMC compliance.  Brightness of the display is 6,500 nits, and a cyan LED expands the color range and yields a purer white.  The display is also fanless in an IP66-rated enclosure requiring no tools for deployment and removal.  Cobra is powered by the Vizomo video processor.

While there is not much information avilable on the Cobra by Elements Labs, you can visit their booth, 450, at LDI in Las Vegas this week, October 24-25.  For more information will be avilable on the Cobra during and after LDI.  Visit elementlabs.com for more information at a later time or to view the rest of thier product line.
