Apollo Design Offers Rebate on Gel

apollo-GelBookIt is that time of year when schools and theatre’s begin to stock up on the things they need during the course of the year.  One thing that we just can not live without in theatre are gels.  Of course with the multitude of gel manufacturers and then of course the shear number of gels offered by each of those manufacturers, stocking up can be hard.  But there are always the “standard” colors that are almost always used.

Apollo Design has stepped up and begun a new gel rebate program during the “stock up” time of year.  With a minimum purchase of 10 sheets or 1 roll of Apollo Gel from authorized U.S. dealers, you can receive $1 per sheet of $15 per roll cash back from Apollo.  The Gel Rebate Promotion ends on September 22, 2009.

To learn more about the Gel Rebate Promotion and to download the mail-in rebate redemption form, visit Apollo Design’s web site at www.apollodesign.net.

Apollo Announces New, More Efficient Power Supplies

apollo_logoTaking an internet stroll this morning, we noticed a new press release from Apollo Design.  They recently announced the release of a new, more energy efficient Smart Power family of power supplies.

More from the Press Release:

Apollo announces a new, more efficient Smart Power family of power supplies. In addition to a sleek design, the feature rich Smart Power 200, 400, and 600 are ideal for powering the industry’s numerous DMX controlled equipment and accessories. “Numerous features really set these power supplies apart,” states Apollo’s Electrical Engineer Gary Kuntz. “Auto sensing makes them plug and play ready for all international AC line voltages and there is two pair of 4-pin XLR output connectors for each 200 watt circuit. The best feature, however, might be the isolated output circuits with automatic recovery when shorts occur.”

With a user accessible (and extra) fuse and an optional rack mount kit, Apollo Smart Powers are functional and versatile. List prices for the Smart Power 200, 400, and 600 are $695, $995, and $1295 respectively, providing more watts per dollar and exceptional value to all markets.

The Apollo Clip Light provides a clean and simple solution for safer work and crossover movement.  Equipped with a gel retainer, mounting hardware, and a 9″ diameter of AP4150 New York Blue Apollo Gel, the 8 1/2″ Apollo Clip Light eliminates the awkward and unsightly process of taping gel to these handy lights.

The New AC-CLIP-LIGHT is sold in a pack of four and comes with the afore mentioned accessories for each light. Retail price for the 4 pack of clip lights is $75.00. To locate an Apollo Design dealer near you, visit the reseller section of Apollo’s website, www.apollodesign.net.
