Compulite just announced the release of version 3.17.R04 for the Vector line of lighting consoles. This is mainly a performance enhancement that fixes some bugs on the GUI side of the software.  Some of those enhancements being improved redraw of views when the “file attachment” is visible in the Master Play Back Cue Sheet, Fast “Graphic Time-line Editing”.

Of course, with any good update to software, it is always good to know that bugs were killed.  The new software version fixed the system settings so they load correctly on the VxWorks consoles and the highlight/lowlight palette were fixed.

Some New Features include new fixture devices and Loading ASCII Show Files. You can now load ASCII show files directly to the Vector via the Vector “Open” menu. You can also generate groups and libraries and now have the ability to decide what will be the auto group names.
