ECCHO Live is hosting a free one-hour webinar on September 15th with executive coach Sarah Page, aimed at women working in live music and touring. The session zeroes in on imposter feelings, overthinking, and the particular flavor of self-doubt that comes with building a career in an industry where you’re often the only woman in the room.
The format is interactive — not a lecture. The session will cover why imposter feelings and overthinking show up, how to build trust in your own judgment, tools for making clearer decisions under pressure, and practical strategies you can take straight into the next show day. ECCHO Live is calling it a lunch-and-learn, which means it’s designed to fit into a workday without consuming it.
Sarah Page is an Executive Coach for women in the music industry with more than 20 years of experience across major record labels, music merchandise, and the broader music business. Having spent much of her career as the only woman in the room, she coaches women to trust their judgment, stop overthinking, and back themselves. She built her music career in London, retrained as a certified coach in Los Angeles, and now runs her coaching practice from New York.
