LDI 2026 opens registration with early bird pricing still on the table through October 16 — the show runs December 6–8 at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, with Pro Training kicking off as early as December 2.

The LDInnovation Conference anchors the education program with 100+ sessions and 100+ speakers spanning concert touring, media servers, rigging, stage management, and more. Conference access is bundled into most paid passes.

Why do you want to go? The new products, technologies, the latest and great in our world. The training, the experience and insight you’ll gain. Then of course, there is the endless opportunities to network and mingle with old and new friends and a couple more on top. VIP Pass — Full conference access, exclusive networking events, meals, nightlife, XLIVE: The Concert Touring Sessions, Dining with Dinosaurs, and full expo floor access.

LDInnovation Conference Pass — All 100+ conference sessions, career programming, networking breakfasts and parties, LDI After Dark, and expo hall access.

Expo Hall Pass — Free. Expo floor access plus select networking and career events. Late registration bumps this to a paid tier, so grabbing it now costs nothing.

LDInstitute — A la carte hands-on training tracks available as add-ons: Rigging, Lighting Consoles, Media Servers, XLIVE, Stage Managers Academy, Pro Audio, Electrical & Power, Software, Lasers, and a Backstage Las Vegas tour.

Young Career Professionals Pass — For attendees under 25. Includes full conference access, a choice of one LDInstitute intensive (XLIVE or Stage Managers Academy), Dining with Dinosaurs, the LDI Awards Ceremony, Career Fair with coaching, Mentoring Meet Up, and portfolio review. Proof of age required at badge pickup. Price holds through October 16.

Pricing Timeline

Super Early Bird (save $300) closed August 14. Current Early Bird (save $200 off late rates) runs through October 16. Advance rates hold through November 20 before full late pricing kicks in. If you’re just in it for the show floor, contact your local dealer or friend at a manufacture, they have free codes to get you into the show floor.
