Luminex is pushing firmware v2.9.1 for the LumiNode and LumiCore ranges — a bugfix-only release with no new features. All v2.9.0 users are advised to update. Three fixes in this one, and the VLAN bug and the boot race condition are both worth having sorted.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue on the LCD & jog button interface where changing process engine parameters resulted in incorrect configurations
• Resolved a bug where packets arriving on a port with a VLAN ID tagged for a known group would be forwarded out on the group with that VLAN ID (incorrect VLAN routing)
• Fixed a rare boot failure caused by a race condition during startup

Applicable models: Full LumiNode range and LumiCore range.
